Supported platforms

Salt supports the latest, stable releases of all major browsers and platforms.

Depending on the minimum supported browsers of your application, you may need to provide your own polyfills.

We support:

• Chrome 86 and later.
• Firefox 86 and later.
• Edge 85 and later.
• Safari 15.4 and later for macOS and iOS.

Salt doesn't support Internet Explorer.

Salt supports the most recent, stable versions of React. We support 16.14.0 and later, but we recommend the newest version that your application can support.

Salt supports SSR. We recommend the Long Term Support (LTS) version of Node.js.
